on my own till sunday

my mom went on a work conference to Vancouver! how awesome for her! anyways i have to make all of my meals and do everything for myself. I rely on my mom a lot so this is pretty hard for me. Anyways here is what i packed for lunch:

Salad: 2 cups of spinach, 1 cut up orange (sm-med), 1/4 pear, some feta and some raspberry vinaigrette. 

Crunchy ball snack things (some Quaker snack thing) (90 cal)

Cravings bar (no idea what it is called but i will update tomorrow to tell yall) (160 cal)

Peach

and of course water :) 

then for tomorrow’s breakfast i am planning on making tea w/ splenda (2) a tiny splash of 1% milk and then 1 egg with toast and an Instant Breakfast (i have a softball game that afternoon so i want some extra cal for energy)

Dinner tomorrow i am thinking butternut squash soup with steamed broccoli and cauliflour with some spices (probably Mrs. Dash) lol and a spoonfull of peanut butter for protein. And OFCOURSE WATER. :)

* ALSO : In drivers Ed in car lesson my instructor said we can go to starbucks or whatnot and i am thinking of getting someting! low cal/fat ovbs ;)

30 DAY SHRED RESULTS
ok so im kinda nervous about posting this as my before pic is horrendous (as they always are)
this is me from april to may, gone from 128 to 122 not a massive loss in pounds but iv lost quite a few inches!
clean eating, no junk and running a few times a week!
hope you guys like them, I’m super motivated right now! day 3 of insanity today!!!!
